Annual Wellness Exam

A doctor exam is performed with certain vaccines.

Vaccinations

In order to schedule this type of appointment please fill out the new client form found on our website or the provider card in the PetDesk app. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in and provide previous medical records.

New Client/Patient Visit

If urgent, please call us ASAP. Otherwise, please enter the reason for appointment in the notes section (ex. check skin/ears, limping, GI issue).   This is a medical appointment option with a Veterinarian. An exam fee will be charged.


Veterinarian Appointment

 Please enter reason for appointment in the notes section (ex. nail trim, anal gland expression).   This is a non-medical appointment option with a vet tech. If needing medical services please request separately.

Technician Appointment

Please drop off between 7:30 AM - 8 AM. No food after 8 PM. No water after midnight.

Dental

Surgery

Please arrive by 10 AM. Baths are available Monday through Friday, no Saturday availability.

Rocky Hill Bath

Please include any details for grooming at Rocky Hill Animal Hospital in the Notes section.

Rocky Hill Hair Trim/Cut

Please include any details for grooming in the Notes section. This is a non-medical appointment option with a vet tech. If needing medical services please request seperately.

Nail Trim

We will call you if there are any questions concerning your refill request.  If you do not hear from our staff, know that your refill will be ready to pick up in 24 hours from your request.  You will also receive an in-app notification from your provider when your refill request is completed
