Surgical/Dental Consultation

This appointment is scheduled with one of our technicians. This appointment type is generally for blood draws, lab work, nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc. Please leave a note for the type of service you would like.

Technician Appointment

This appointment type will be scheduled with one of our Doctors and is for existing clients only and is meant for pets with no health concerns. If you have a health concern that needs to be addressed, please choose the "office call" appointment option. 

Annual Wellness Exam +/- Vaccinations

Please choose this option if you have any health concerns regarding your pet. If urgent, please call us ASAP. Otherwise, please enter notes about illness and urgency. Examples: scratching ears, itchy skin or diarrhea.
